Delivery: Once your purchase is complete, we will send you the gift voucher via email with the correct voucher number and details. Please fill out your name and information correctly or contact us at contact@mikaelramgard.com for proof of purchase.
Validity: All gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Usage: Vouchers can only be redeemed for a consultation, Design/Fitting Day, or Tattoo Days at Mikael Rämgård's Private Tattoo Studio in Sydney, Australia.
Non-Exchangeable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
Non-Transferable: The voucher is for the recipient's use only and cannot be sold or transferred.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Mikael Rämgård's studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the voucher.
Partial Use: If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance can be used within the validity period.
Appointments: Booking in advance is required to redeem the gift voucher, subject to availability.
